REFUND & CANCEL POLICY
At Blood Meal For Less, we want to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we offer a cancel and refund policy to address any concerns.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be honored only before the item(s) have shipped. Once the item(s) have been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items to us. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
